我们的客户是亚洲领先的零售连锁企业。伴随着近年来在中国大陆的稳健发展，目前他们的广州总部正在寻找一名资深的高级内审经理加入。 

作为高级审计经理，你将担任广州公司审计部门的负责人 ，领导和管理部门的审计事务，包括资源的规划和利用、；组织企业内控体系的设计与建设，及时发现企业经营活动中存在的潜在问题和风险，提出改进意见；完成岗位板块相关定期风险评估及年度、季度审计计划的编制和高管团队、董事会及审计委员会的报告，等等。

要胜任这一职位，你至少应有10年或以上的审计经验，其中最好有5年及以上团队管理经验。拥有CIA或CPA认证资格以及良好的中英文表达能力者优先。

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER

Our client is a leading retail company in Asia, with the stable development in the mainland of China. Currently they are seeking for a senior audit manager based in Guangzhou.

As the senior audit manager, you will act as the Function Head in Guangzhou Office to lead and manage risk-based audit functions for China and carry out resources planning and utilization, deliverables, and reporting on regulatory & compliance related audits and reviews. You are responsible to conduct store audits compliance and identify weak areas for improvement; provide objective assurance and independent review on the adequacy and effectiveness of the Company’s risk management and internal control system; conduct high standard quality audits and prepare timely and accurate reports to management team with sound and proper recommendation and improvement plan, and so on. 

As the successful candidate, you should have at least 10 years of audit experience of which 5 years in managerial capacity preferably. CIA, CPA as well as good presentation skill in both Chinese and English is highly preferred.
